Voice email is another convenient way for sending electronic messages through Internet. There is no comparison of email (Electron Email) with voice emails, but voice email is also getting popular among people. It can be used as voice messages. Voice messages were created in the 1980's for telephones users to receive their calls later if they are not able to answer the calls. The technology needed to store audio data in digital form became more widespread and was adapted by telecommunications companies for voice mail use. Voice mail became commercially successful as a result of innovations that reduced the size and cost of the recording device while greatly increasing the amount of information that could be stored. Small and relatively inexpensive devices that attach to a telephone system can now provide voice mail for small businesses. More complex voice mail systems enable callers to leave messages to several people at once and to access a variety of recorded or automated information sources. With the growing complexity of voice mail, it has become increasingly important for developers of the technology to keep the caller in mind so that information is easy to access and callers do not feel lost or trapped within long automated messages.

That was all about voice messaging now we come to the introduction of voice email. Voice E-Mail, computerized system for delivery and reception of messages through Internet in email addresses. Voice email converts these audio messages to digital data and stores them on computer servers or hard disks. The messages can then be accessed and listened quickly by visiting the website. The emails contain URLs, which redirects the user to the following site where his/her original voice message is stored. The users don't have to download the message. That makes this voice email process fast and popular. In addition, large companies often store voice mail on their own computer systems too. Voice email offers several features, including a menu of options and services available to callers.

Properly organized voice email can make communication and access to information more efficient and less expensive than it would be if an employee or answering service handled the call. In a fast-paced business environment where customer service is important, voice email provides quick and convenient access to messages and it is secure too. Users can access messages from any computer.

The process of Voice emails is very simple. The users just need to go on the site or active the software. Record the message and send it. The message is immediately taken into the web server, which increase the reliability and lots of time is saved. An email is sent to the receiver to alert him about the message. The email contains the site server address, which redirects the user to the site. The mail is easily accessed through browser without downloading it. So the message is stored on the web until the user deletes it.
