Newsletter June 2004

227 USD is about right; I would personally set a personal upper limit of 350 USD. Get the full rundown at http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?lett... .

Panza Dragoon Saga for Saturn
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...
A factory sealed copy of any game for the ill-fated Sega Saturn is a rarity, these days, but this is a classic game to boot. Worth the 167 USD that is the asking price with 15 bidders and 4 days to go? You tell me.

Now, the box seems to be cracked, which would usually send me in the opposite direction, but in this case, the game is desirable enough that this doesn't put me off.

Commodore 64
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...
By the time you read this, it'll be gone. And that is a real shame, because you would have been able to bid on it. With 41 minutes to go, it was hanging on for 99 USD - machine, 2 disc drives, 2 cassette players, books, games and a printer.

It's another one of those systems I've always had a soft spot for, and it marks the end of an era. May it go to a good home, one which will use it, rather than try to preserve it.

Personally, I'd like to think that it will go for at least 200 USD.

Vectrex Polar Rescue
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...
The Vectrex was the first ever vector graphics gaming systems, and as such is a collectors favorite. Games in the condition that this offering is in are very rare, and anything less than 150 USD is a bargain, even if you do not own a Vectrex system - it is a little slice of history.

Happy bidding!
