times. Secondly it is too long. Until I have a few books under my belt I don't think a publisher is looking for a story that encompasses over 130000 words.

How are you coming on the sequel, Syntax?

Well WolfPointe showed me that I can write a good character. I like Mac. So I set out to see if I could interest him in a new adventure. After WolfPointe, he'd not be easily satisfied. What began as Syntax -- has changed to Motherboard. That seems to convey the feeling of this story better.

Want to tell us about it?

Let's just say it may very well be a telling of ultimate Evil against Good in the electronic age.

Have you any other stories published on the Internet?

No, I have not. I am not a good short story writer. Can't write short. So with everything being novel length what I do write tends to occupy so much time.

What do you like about being electronically published?

Well, I like to just call it published. I think the more we set it aside and differentiate it the longer it will take to be accepted as legitimate, real publishing. Recently I had correspondence with Celia Leaman, author of Mary's Child, who wrote from her current book tour that most everyone, and this included a preponderance of university students, a group I think we must include as a population very up to date with publishing in its many forms: They think e- publishing is free, or that we pay to have it published -- or that it is all self- publishing. How wrong they are! Many have missed the point that the Internet has re-birthed publishing and now it is more like it was in the decades long gone.

Anything else you want the readers to know?

Yes, to the ones who have read WolfPointe thank you, I hope you enjoyed it and Mac IS coming back! To the shrinking minority (laughing) that has not read it -- Please give it a try. It may make you think!

Since Wolfpointe is from Twilight Times Books, I was expecting a great book, and I wasn't disappointed. The publisher of Twilight Times Books, Lida Quillen, publishes a few select books a year and chooses only fantasy and science fiction stories that are high quality and a bit outside the norm. I should know, since she published my own Eyes of Truth.

Wolfpointe is definitely outside the norm. While on the surface the plot sounds like a B
