In the year that I have been writing Vampire eBook Authors, I have had the privilege of interviewing and reading some absolutely great authors. A year is a long time, especially in the worlds of the Internet and writers. Publishers change. URLs go 404. New books come out. I decided to end the year by revisiting my Vampire eBook Authors to find out just what has been happening for them. I started out by reviewing new books by Rosemary Carter and Margaret L. Carter. Howard Hopkins
Howard, under his pen name Lance Howard, writes traditional, or rather untraditional, Westerns. In Dark Riders it is vampires that ride into town to threaten the hero cowboy.
What is new and exciting in your life?
I am very excited to have a new publisher for my ebooks. All will soon be available from Atlantic Bridge http://www.atlanticbridge.net , including a brand new horror novel, Night Demons, and supernatural anthology of short stories called Dark Harbors. What are you currently working on?
My latest western, The Silvermine Spook, plus many promotional items and ideas for my upcoming ebook and print releases. I have also started doing ebook cover art, and promotional item design such as bookmarks, promo cards, postcards and virtual press kits. I also began publishing an e-magazine devoted to the pulps of the 30s and Old Time Radio, called Golden Perils. Two issues are available free from me (Yingko2@AOL.com) in PDF format.
What are your plans for the coming new year, 2002?
Most likely three new westerns and a horror novel, four issues of the emag.
