Are you a fan of vampire fiction, if so, who are some of your favorites? While I enjoy vampires and the paranormal element in my stories, I have to say I don't read much vampire fiction. I read Dracula, and still shudder at the thought of Renfield eating bugs; Salem's Lot which absolutely terrified me at the time (I watch scary movies with my hands over my eyes, okay?), but not as terrified as a friend of mine who hung a garlic braid over her bed and wore rosary beads around her neck at night; and two books by Amanda Ashley, Embrace the Night, and Deeper than the Night. Althea has quite a few psychic powers. Are you psychic? Or have you ever known someone personally who is a reliable psychic? I've never known anyone who was psychic, but I do believe a lot of people are, some more so than others. For lack of a better description, I have a fairly well developed sense of intuition. Many times I just "know" how something will be, whether it's an event or a sense of taste or touch. My sister has an even higher developed sense of intuition, and when she was younger she could even "see" what many of the events were. Because it disturbed her so much, over the years she managed to train herself not to be overly receptive to such incidents. I found reading the studies on psychic abilities to be extremely fascinating. As for auras, I do believe people give off a certain "air", and that some people can see them as auras. What made you choose publishing your book as an eBook? How has the experience been? I looked to e-publishing for Soul Guardian because it is a paranormal. There are not that many paranormals in the paper market, yet I really felt that Soul Guardian would have an audience. I knew it was a book I would want to read. At the time I was getting ready to submit the manuscript, I had been following the e-book market and was fascinated. In looking at the
