I have had over four hundred short stories published, all concerning vampires. My first short story I had published was Vampire Of The Sun. I was twelve at the time. Most of my short stories where published at Omni Magazine and a few through Scifi magazine and a couple others. None are available on the web.
I have been on the staff of such newspapers as The Panama City News Herald, The New Britain Herald, The Hartford Courant and the Tampa Tribune.
I live outside of Houston in Humble, Texas. I live here with Stumpy an evil nasty sixteen year old cockatiel and my puppies: Little Ricky, a one year old black Maltese, and Lady Constance Chatterly or The Baby as she's known. She's also a star in my new book Midnight Ice Staring Sunny Delight. She's a Sleeve Puppy. I love to read, swim, hike, shop (a woman's favorite.), go to movies, travel and my all time favorite spend money (preferably others of I can..LOL ) I'm over forty and under sixty. Stand 5'5 over 130 lbs. Am of Native American/ Spanish Stock. I come from Tampa Florida where my family has lived for over sixteen generations. We were the Spaniards that settled it and my other half was the natives that they took as slaves. I have dark black eyes and my skin is neither olive nor red but a blend of the two. I have a southern drawl to my voice sort of like a Georgia Peach as I call it. I'm cocky and stubborn vain and proud, a dangerous combination. My favorite person is Mae West, I have one of her movie poster's in my office. I wanted to be just like her so in the end I guess I succeed.
I am in the midst of doing a prequel to Blood Red called Blood Reign, A Vampires Tale. It concerns Alexander's Grandparents and how they came to their love hate relationship and how Alexanders parents met. Instead of fighting another vampire clan, in this one they're fighting the English Royal Navy with the help of a local werewolf and another strange creature of ancient Irish Lore. How would a vampire fight the English Navy but with tooth and claw. This book does explain more about the alien heritage and how Jonathan came into Alexanders service.( Bad manners and all.) (Jonathan is the very outspoken butler in Blood Red.)
