ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Medieval food covers a much wider range of comestibles than many people think. People ate pastries and fast food, vegetable dishes, meat, vegetarian dishes, sweet dishes, elegant Subtleties for feasts. The course talks about the contexts of all this food and where to look for reliable information on it all. It is aimed at people with little or no knowledge of Medieval food.
