The Story of Guinness

Over the years a certain mystique has grown up around Guinness. The perfectly poured pint can look almost like a work of art with its dark texture and creamy head and those who are "real Guinness drinkers" will rarely settle for any other kind of beer. Unfortunately, the quality of your pint of Guinness can vary considerably from pub to pub. Guinness is one of the few beers to fluctuate so much in quality if certain requirements are not met. Many pub debates have been fought over how to store and pour the perfect pint. When you do find that perfect pint, though, you will begin to understand the attraction that this dark and mysterious looking pint has for millions of drinkers around the world.
