Welcome to Tolkien's Middle-earth...online

about some calm, but I ended up posting it so often it became necessary to make the Web site. Unlike many of the other dedicated movie sites, I don't try to update the Fact/Rumor Roundup on a daily or even a weekly basis (unless breaking news is really big). So I decided to list as many of the movie information sites as I could. I think the Fact/Rumor Roundup provides more competitive links than any other current site (but maybe that will change as soon as those folks read this). You can purchase them over the Web and even through major toy stores like Toys'R'Us (I don't mean to endorse one chain over another, but I know for a fact you can buy the action figures at this chain). I've had the good fortune to be asked by Toy Vault to write essays for their Web site for each action figure as it comes out. That process has been enjoyable but has not been without its controversies (those pesky Elf ears are the worst part of any Tolkien controversy, along with Balrog wings). Of course, many folks now know that Sierra Online
