A Cup of Tightwad Cocoa for the Soul

Snow Globe Cookies

1 Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 2 TBLSP. water 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until ingredients are all combined. Drop by cookie scoop onto lightly greased cookie sheets. These should be a fairly round ball. Bake for 10-11 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheets before removing to a cooling rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. ===========
