And if you’re not into baking but would like to be, allow me to take a second to plug my new SuiteU class, Introduction to Quick Breads. It’s a great little course (if I do say so myself) that will teach you how to make quick loaves, muffins, biscuits, scones, cornbread, coffeecake, soda bread and more. Check it out!
OK, enough of the shameless plugs. The bottom line is, King Arthur Flour is a great company, with a great Web site. If you are at all interested in baking, it should definitely be on your short list of sources for recipes and ingredients. It’s one of my favorite cooking sites, not just baking sites. There is a wealth of information here that will keep you baking for a very long time. Happy cooking!
