Dynamic NTRP Coming to a Tennis Court Near You
If you are unfortunate enough to play league tennis and tournaments in one of the pilot sections, you have our sympathy. Change is good, but history has proven time and again that the USTA doesn't usually get it right the first time. You will be in for a roller coaster ride this season with USTA bureaucracy and administration, but the rest of us thank you in advance for all your pain and suffering in 2002 so that we don't have to in 2003.
