The site, conceived of by Matt and Diane Galemmo, is a place "where tennis fans interact". Matt is a USPTR Certified Instructor, and Diane is a life-long tennis fan and player. Together with ZuccaDesign, they have created Racquety Yak for tennis enthusiast everywhere. According to Galemmo, Racquety Yak is an "online tennis community, where the fan's participation is not only encouraged, but essential. People passionate about tennis can use this public forum to voice their opinions in a wide variety of manners, including message boards, live chat, and story submissions for publication.
