The ratings for the final episode of ABC-TV¹s ELLEN were disappointing to say the least. Ratings for the hour long finale were down 19% from the average ratings this season - and those were down already from last year.

The ratings for the wedding episode of CBS-TV¹s THE NANNY went in the other direction. They were up 49% over their average ratings this year.
