Telecommuting occurs in large and small companies in the private and public sectors. The jobs included in the telecommuting programs are as varied as the companies themselves. Below is a list of a few companies that offer telecommuting programs. This list IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE! Everyday new companies are recruiting or allowing employees to work at home. However, you can use this list to:

- Contact the companies regarding current job openings. The list provides contact information including web site addresses when possible.

- Use the list to show your employer how prevalent telecommuting is. Along with a written work-at-home proposal, the list can convince an employer of the merits of a telecommuting program.

- Use the list to find similar companies in your area that may have or be open to telecommuting programs.
