New Resources to Help You Find a Work-At-Home Job© Leslie Truex
Each day I surf and search the Internet for resources on working at home. Many sites I visit are at the request of visitors. Others I find through search engines or links. As you may have already discovered, there is no shortage of work-at-home and money making schemes on the Internet. Despite the hundreds of sites I find each week, I find that resort back to using my old favorites such as those you see posted in the link section here. I like these sites because they provide one of two things; useful content or jobs. The sites I recommend are not schemes, scams or overpriced programs (although you can occasionally find these posted on legitimate sites). These sites offer the information and resources to help you find and obtain a legitimate job.
Job Search Sites: Elance https://pong.elance.com/cgi-bin/rd/reg/main/registration.pl?rid=1N5B Actually this site has been posted but the link has changed. Further, I found many people avoided this site. Although the site is run a little differently than straightforward sites, it offers many work-at-home projects. Last week I found a project posted that was paying up to $11,000 for some one to research tourism offices in the US and abroad and enter the information in a database such as Access. There are jobs here for writing, researching, helping people write resumes, and that is just in the Writing Category. Elance has jobs in many categories. I highly recommend you at least take a look at what Elance has to offer. HotJobs: http://www.commission-junction.com/track... This site is pretty straightforward to use. When searching use work-at-home keywords such as "Telecommute". Vault.com http://www.commission-junction.com/track... I added Vault.com to the links list a few weeks ago but wanted to highlight it here. Use work-at-home keywords such as "Telecommute" to do your search. CareerFlex http://www.commission-junction.com/track... CareerFlex was specifically designed to offer jobs from companies with flexible work options such as telecommuting. Sites to Research Companies: Companies Online http://www.companiesonline.com/ This site provides information about sales, stocks, number of employees and more on over 900,000 companies. Job Review http://www.jobreviews.com This site offers information about companies, what they are paying and more. Media Fortune Magazine http://cgi.pathfinder.com/fortune Provides information on Cool Companies, Best Companies for Minorities, etc. My Job Search http://www.myjobsearch.com/employers.html My Job Search offers employer directories, associations, yellow pages, information on emerging opportunities and more.
