Nascar Racers

Nascar Racers is a futuristic show about super hi-tech cars and their drivers. It takes place in the future, even though the only really future-type looking things are the cars. They have small jet’s placed on the bottom like a Harrier Jump-jet, in order to make sharp turns. The also have small command couches that can eject a driver to safety. Also, some cars are modified to have extra power boosters, or wings. All in all, these new cars make what we have today look like a horse and buggy team.

There aren’t too many characters, but there are a few. Their names are Charger, Flyer, Stunt’s, Spitfire, Collector, Zorina, Junker, and Specter. Charger (Mark Mccutchen) is the head driver of team Fastex. The founder, Jack Fassler, tried to assemble a team of the best of the best. Charger was the first to join the team, and had some serious skill. His family had a legacy of racing, starting back with Charger’s Grandfather. Charger also showed the leadership abilities to hold the team together. Flyer (Steve Sharp) used to be a fighter pilot, with quite a career in front of him, until one mission. On that mission, he was overcome by a sort of panic gas, created by the enemy. Soon after he started having panic attacks, that sent his career right down the drain. However, he later learned to overcome his panic, and now has razor sharp reflexes to match his driving ability. Stunts (Carlos Rey) is the risk taker of the team. Despite the danger he puts himself through, he knows the fans love seeing flip through the air, nimble as a bird. He also has plenty of charm to match his wits and cunning. Despite his carefree attitude, he is a hard worker, and knows almost when to call it quits. Spitfire (Megan Fassler) is the daughter of the owner, and the female on the team. She’s a mechanic genius, and designed many of the new features on the cars. Despite the fact that she’s the owners little girl, she got on the team by her skill, not because she’s family.

Collector (Lyle Owens) is part of team Rexcor, the evil and twisted team that is Fastex’s only real competitor. Collector is truly an unsavory guy. He’d just as soon send a teammate to jail, than have to say he’s sorry. He’s also known to cause accidents, and taking part of the wreckage as a trophy. That’s how he got his nickname Collector. Zorina is a model/bodybuilder/punk-rocker/driver. She came to Nascar looking for thrills, and quickly found them with team Rexcor. She has no feelings of consequences, and also has a serious skill driving. Her weakness: Her vanity. Junker (Diesel Spitz) is a foreign gang member, who got banned from the grand prix for rules violation. He quickly settled in with Rexcor, where that sort thing is smiled upon, not looked down at. He’s not the smartest, but he does follow orders, and is a good driver. Specter (Hondo Hines) is one of the most skilled drivers in the history of Nascar. He has an icy demeanor, and tends to be quite. You can just about bet he’s thinking up some new way to cheat whenever he has a free moment.
