Amanda Bynes is a sweet little girl on the outside, but during the Ask Ashley sketches you see a new side of her. Lori Beth Denberg likes to goof around, but during the skits she usually wears a mock-stern expression, or a corny grin. Leon Frierson has wanted to be on stage since he was very young, and when he's not acting he likes to play sports and hang out with his friends. Christy Knowings auditioned for All That after her brothers persuasion, and likes the arts (writing, dancing, singing,) and Basketball. Kel Mitchell used to watch comedy shows when he was a kid, and would always say "I can do that." Kel also has a star role in Nickelodeons "Kenan and Kel." Josh Server is what some people call a deadhead, because a likes the band Ungrateful Dead. Danny Tamberelli is probably the actor with the most experience in the field, for he had roles in Pete and Pete, The Mighty Ducks, and the Adventures of Huck Finn. Kenan Thompson also had a role in D-2 and D-3 the Mighty Ducks. He also has a star role in Kenan and Kel, so it seems that no matter where he's acting, he has a friend. Mark Saul got his start by singing, dancing and acting in a musical theater, but All That is his first TV show. Nick Cannon was chosen at age twelve to host a teen talk show, Check This Out.
Each of the actors play different characters in the skits, and these are the most common character: Superdude, Jack Campbell: Fat Cop, Earboy, Miss Fingerly, The Island Girls, Ashley, Ed, Okrah, and Pierre Escargot. Superdude is a lactose intolerant teenage super hero. Jack Campbell: Fat Cop is a chubby policeman who can't resist a ham sandwich, or a good piece of chicken. Earboy is just your average teenage boy, except for the fact that he has ears the size of an elephant's. Miss Fingerly is a dim witted teacher, who thinks that World War IV started when the Germans bombed a cheese ball factory. The Island Girls are two girls that are stranded on an island, and one of them has the intellect of a rock. No, that would be insulting the rock. Ashley is a supposedly sweet little girl who gives advice, but when someone asks her a stupid question, she launches into a frenzy, exclaiming how stupid that person is. Ed is a surfer dude whose IQ is lower then the bottom of the Atlantic ocean. He somehow got a job at Goodburger, a fast food joint, and manages to scare away half the costumers with his crazy antics. Okrah is a pathetic talk show host who has insecure and mentally ill guests. Pierre Escargot is a slightly demented person who sits in a bath tub wearing bright yellow rain gear and reciting almost French things that usually turn out to be things like "May I lick your monkey?"
