Computers and ice storms obviously do not mix well. During one of the worst ice storms my area has ever experienced occured last month. It caused major power outages, cable outages and phone outages.
In the process of all of these outages it appears that my February article has been lost in cyber space. I will be republishing it and hope that my readers can understand and will return to check it out.
It's a book review of a great book for kids learning how to do graphics.
