Children and Continents

It's quite easy to focus on older students when attempting to integrate technology into lesson plans - and I'll be the first to admit that it's something I do quite often. This lesson plan is the first of a series which I'm dedicating to the pursuit of teaching younger children (K-5) the use of technology in bite-size, focused pieces.

Children Of The World will help the younger students- 1-4 - how to use the computer to listen to cultural music and watch video clips of other cultures. Perfect for geography and history blocks, we'll use the concept of a child's differing role in the family throughout different cultures to set the backdrop.
