Changes in this Tarot Column

Starting in September, this column will go weekly to serve you better. We will publish specific types of articles each Monday with the following schedule:

Week 1: Spotlight on Site
Week 2: Sees All, Knows All -- Tips and Hints
Week 3: Rosie Raves -- Reviews
Week 4: The Fool's Journey -- Theory and Background
Week 5: The Wheel of Fortune -- Open

Week 1: Spotlight on Site
Spotlight aims to bring you the best of Tarot web resources. This monthly column will include website reviews, email lists for Tarot enthusiastics, on-line divination, divination software, and clipart.

Week 2: Sees All, Knows All -- Tips and Hints

This monthly topic will include layouts and spreads, tips and hints for mediations and/or reading, care of Tarot cards and accessories, and specific card meanings.

Week 3: Rosie Raves -- Deck and Book Reviews

This monthly topic will include Tarot Deck reviews and/or book reviews about the Tarot and related subjects.


Week 4: The Fool's Journey -- Theory and Background

This monthly topic will include divination theory, Tarot background (such as numerology and astrology), history, and in depth looks at the Tarot in popular culture.


Week 5: The Wheel of Fortune -- Open

In the months with five Mondays, the last column of the month will be dedicated to random topics that either may not fit into the first four categories, or might be a repeat of a category. For instance, Week 5 might be deck review or a theory column.

Plots and Plans

Some subjects in planning include:

- a list of a handful of the best email lists available for Tarot beginners
- an indepth look at the Empress tarot card
- an indepth look at the Celtic Cross layout
- a review of the Rock Art Tarot
- an article about the inaccuracies common in Tarot history
