This is the twentieth article I've written for Suite 101. Looking over the past nearly two years, I've been fortunate to see Suite 101 grow at an incredible rate and, with growth in mind, offer new products and services to its members. The site sponsored its first short story contest with real prizes, offers a daily crossword puzzle, word search, and other games in its Fun Suite section and allows members to subscribe for e-mail updates on their favorite subjects. I hope that those of you reading this article have subscribed (click back to the Welcome page and find subscription info in the upper right corner) and continue to support the site and the work produced here by telling your friends and rating the articles.
Although it is not required, I really do track your opinions. Based on your feedback as of April 1, these articles were read the most: 1. Stewart Copeland 101 2. Brand New Day--the single 3. Who Is Frances Tomelty? 4. Sting Discography 5. Collectible Sting And based on your feedback, these articles were the highest rated: 1. (tie) Andy Summers 101; Brand New Album; Saving the Rainforest 2. Collectible Sting 3. VH1's Sound Affects Only two articles were unrated: "The Napster Debate"; and "The Immaculate Connection." Based on these rankings, I've made a couple deductions. I hope they're correct: 1. People are still very interested in Sting's connection to The Police. And after attending several shows during the Brand New Day tour and hearing the loudest applause for vintage Police tunes, I'd say you're not alone in your interest. So, what interests you? Is it reunion hopes? Are you a new Sting fan who wants to know what he did in his "previous life"? Do you want to know more about what Stewart and Andy are doing now? 2. Personal accounts seem to be favorably received. In addition to the favorable ranking of the "VH1's Sound Affects"; story, "The Power of Sting"; and "Live at the Beacon Theater"; were ranked #6 the in the "most hits" category. Does this mean you're interested in more of my opinions and/or experiences (imagine that)? Would you like to read profiles of fans and/or Sting fan-site webmasters? Are you curious what kind of people are attracted to Sting's music? Inquiring minds like mine do want to know! This is your site as much as it is mine. I want to provide the info you're most likely to read and find helpful. Go To Page: 1 2
