By recently winning the Su Mac Lad at the Meadowlands for the third consecutive year, millionaire trotter Magician became the first horse to ever accomplish that feat, and also moved into the second spot on the Big M's all-time richest horse list.
Magician surpassed Moni Maker and has now earned over $1.55 million at the East Rutherford, New Jersey facility alone, and is now only $220,000 shy of Nihilator, who has held the top spot at the Meadowlands for 17 years, at $1.775 million.
There are just 12 members of the Meadowlands Millionaire club, and a small trio who just missed joining those ranks.
