For once it seems that logic has prevailed in the world of professional sports. Casey can ride his cart on the PGA tour, thus allowing him to compete with the best golfers in the world, if and when he qualifies for the tour. It is a shame it took the Supreme Court to decide for the PGA, but thankfully for Martin (and disabled people everywhere), in this legal game, the mighty Casey did not strikeout.
