BEWARE THE DARK SIDE

The journey of spiritual discovery is a wondrous adventure. While the years pass by you will see so many beautiful events. Each one will present itself to you as a unique gift. We have the opportunity to use the awareness of our spiritual heritage to benefit those around us. By sending well wishes to others you provide a loving environment for them as they go throughout their day. When you send healing energy or prayers for someone who is ill you are in some way providing aid in their recovery.

However, there is another aspect of psi that you may not be aware of. There is a dark side to it. Think about it for a moment. The positive energy that it has when you use it to help others just looks at the outcome. Watch how it unfolds. Does not common sense indicate that if you use it in a negative way it would cause an individual harm? The Law of 3 states do not wish harm onto someone else or it will come back to you three fold. At one time or another all of us have been tempted to go over to what I refer to as the “Dark Side.” There have been many times in my life when I have been so angry that I have felt the energy pulsate throughout my being. Consciously, I was aware of the pain and harm that I could inflict on someone if I chose to use it. However, it never went that far because I refused to give in to it. Why should I be the one responsible for someone else’s misery? In time it will come back to haunt them. All I need to remember is that time is irrelevant.

Here is an example of how close I have come to using it for the wrong reason. Recently, an incident occurred at work where a project that I was working on for many years was given to someone else. I have worked on this activity for the past 10 years. Home with my husband I felt the energy blending with the anger. I could feel the energy ball, which is how I mentally see it, begin to take shape in my mind. While I sat with my husband I told him what I wanted to do. I wanted to throw this energy at my supervisor for the wrong that she was doing. Even though I knew that it was wrong, I was very angry! So with his help we thought of an alternate plan. I used the energy ball to recapture my program. Within two weeks I was informed that my project would return to me.
