With everything that I have experienced in these past five months which you can read about in the two previous articles entitled "Heart of Hearts" and "Compassionate Hearts". During this crisis there was one thing that never left my side. My spirit constantly provided insight; it was the knowledge that there was a future. It was either as a family of three or a family of two but there would be a future.
When I was pregnant with Adam future opportunities presented themselves to other readers. When I went for a reading I was informed that there was a beautiful future for the three of us. While we learned and grew as a family, Adam would add to our lives. He would help us to deal with the medical crisis that we would encounter in the future. He would be our angel so to speak. However, life had other plans for us. Like I have stated before future possibilities can be altered by today's probabilities.
Today as I sit on the balcony over looking the ocean my spirit comforts me. It reminds me that I have a wonderful life ahead of me filled with endless possibilities. One of those possibilities is a therapeutic writing program that I am currently working on. Not many people are aware that writing is a useful tool in expressing your feelings either negative or positive. Writing is a therapeutic tool in healing. In a very profound way I have utilized this column to help my heart heal. This is just one example of how writing is therapeutic for the soul. This project is now a living, breathing entity that grows within me. In fact I urge all of you to write in one form or another. It is beneficial to you in so many ways. Words are magic!
