We realize in order to change our lifestyle, we'll have to get rid of certain habits and beliefs and even friends. Now how the hell are we supposed to do that and NOT look like a mean, cold hearted, snob? And so it becomes easier to not take that journey, to not get to that particular lesson, and not have to take that action that we suspect we will have to take in order to manifest the healing change required.
