Muscle Testings, or Kinesiology, is a way of tapping into information about yourself or something around you. You can use it to test yourself for health, diet, wardrobe, and for reactions to things that you are interested in. You might test yourself to see if eating a certain food would be good for your body. Or you might want to know if a certain color would be beneficial to your overall energy. Or you might want to know if an herb, or other substance, would be useful to you, or not. Rub your hands together brusquely for a minute or so, or until they feel warm and tingly. If you're right handed, point your fore finger at the palm of your left hand about four inches away. If you're left handed swap it around. Now make a circle with that finger and notice what you feel in your palm. It should feel like something is lightly tickling your palm. If you don't feel anything, don't worry. You're not dead. Just rub your hands together a little more and, when they're both warm and tingling, do it again but move your finger a little closer this time. Experiment with how close or far away you can get before you feels something. Do the same thing pointing at your third eye, heart, or even at someone else. What you're feeling is energy. Our bodies are fields of oscillating energy that is as personal to us as our fingerprints. These fields act like our skin in that they are our interface with the world around us. What Muscle, or energy testing does, is reveal whether something makes you stronger or weaker in your energy field. If it weakens you, then it is considered to be a negative impact. If it strengthens you, it is positive and, therefore, good for you. Try this with a friend or loved one. Have your friend hold one arm straight out from the shoulder. Put one of your hands lightly on the extended arm. Tell your friend that you're going to ask a series of questions and he, or she, should not answer verbally. Also tell him not to fight you, but to attempt to hold the arm where it is, gently. Now ask your friend if she, or he, likes some food that you know she or he does like and push the arm gently down. If the answer is a positive, the arm will remain strong. If it is a negative the arm will go down easily, as if it suddenly got weak. Ask various questions and see the difference in the strength of the response.
