Become aware of your abdomen. Does it feel tight or loose? Smooth, flat, rounded? Feel your abdomen and the life energy that flows through your organs. Relax your abdomen.

Feel your chest, then gentle rise and fall as you breathe. Let your breath become slow and deep. Let your heartbeat become slow and regular. Take a long, deep breath, drawing air and energy deep into your lungs. Release the breath and relax your chest.

Become aware of your lower back. We often hold tension here. Let go of all that tension, feeling it flow out of you and into the ground beneath you. Relax your back.

Become aware of your upper back, your shoulders. Pull your shoulders up toward your ears, draw them tight. Now, let them relax.

Feel your arms and your hands and your fingers. Draw your hands into tight fists and let them relax.

Feel your neck and the place where it joins your skull. Your neck may feel tight or stiff. Feel this tension, then let it go.

Now, become aware of your skull and the smooth muscles that surround it. Feel the muscles of your scalp, feel the muscles of your face. Focus on the muscles around your mouth and jaw. Tighten them a little, then let them relax. Draw in a deep breath through your nose. Now open your mouth wide and exhale. Relax your mouth.

Feel the small muscles around your eyes. Close your eyes tightly. You may see colors or flashing lights as you squeeze tightly. Relax the muscles around your eyes.

Now feel the muscles of your scalp and forehead. Feel the energy that pulses in the area between your eyebrows, the area that is sometimes called the Third Eye. Feel the energy that pours into your body through the top of your head and the back of your neck. Let this energy flow through your entire body, down through your limbs, out through your feet and fingers.

As the energy courses through you, let it bring you into a state of complete relaxation. Take a few deep breaths, holding each for a few seconds before releasing.

Now, once again become aware of your feet. Feel them becoming smaller, until they are the size of a five year old child's. Feel your feet as they were when you were five.

Now become aware of your legs. Feel them becoming smaller, small enough to fit your five-year old feet. Feel your legs as they were when you were five years old.
