* Who Jill Scott is? This soul sister from Philly is causing much hype in the biz. Others finding the sameness of R&B songs of late are finding this sister refereshing and a delight to listen to. Lauren Hill comes to mind when listening to her debut project "Who is Jill Scott?"

* When radio stations will find an alternative to playlists? In this day and age, with all the technology at our disposal and artists coming out of the woodworks it seems ridiculous that we should have to hear the exact same songs hour after hour.

*How Napster will impact the music industry? This nasty little wake up call to music execs is bound to help fans out in the long run.

* How the departure of Mike (the bass) will affect Boyz II Men. Mike may not have done a lot of singing, but the magic is in the chemistry and he'll be missed.
