Needless to say the Capital Jazz Fest will be moving on next year. On to a spot that appreciates its economic impact. This outpouring of negativity towards the jazz fest has forced me to admit that the city's small town quaintness often translates into prejudice and ignorance. I guess the universal language of music just doesn't speak small town backwards.
