Unfortunately, the upshot seems to be that there is no conclusive upshot yet. My best advice right now (sorry) is to keep up on the developments and then try to determine the risk/reward factors as they apply to you. I will try to help in these pages. But much is a matter of opinion, not consensus, at this point. Caveat emptor.
