It just didn't work for me.
This tastes like coffee, and so does this, and this and oh! No, this one's coffee too.
I have no idea. Wine tasting I can understand. I've tasted a few different wines (not the way wine tasters do - I just drank it) and I could definitely notice a difference. Wines are often made with completely different ingredients from one bottle to the next, whereas coffee comes from the same bean. Not all wine comes from the same grape and even if it did, there are a few types of grapes to choose from, not to mention the length of fermentation and the age. So, all in all, wine is different from bottle-to-bottle as we are from person-to-person. Again, however, the art of tasting is lost on me and since I don't find most wine all that appealing, I am in the dark once again. It's all just food to me. I'm working on it, though. I'm trying my best and hoping for that day of enlightenment where I'll suddenly notice that I am just not tasting my food like a pro. Bon appetite! Chris Rothe Go To Page: 1 2
