New Faces on " Passions" and "All My Children" This Summer

We have a new face or two appearing on AMC and the latest is Samantha Eggar. She will be playing Charlotte, Alex's mother. And yes, they did change her name from Andrea to Charlotte. Not sure why yet, but when I find out, will let you know.

Remember Cindy, Stuart's first wife? She passed away a few years ago, but apparently she wants to make a return visit! Watch for her to suddenly show up this summer! Ellen Wheeler was also a cast member of Another World where she played Vicky and Marlie and did a wonderful job, I might add. What she is doing now, I'm not sure.

Just heard that AMC is holding another casting call for Jake's character. They want him back in the series by July, so they are scrambling to find the perfect replacement. Should make for an interesting summer for Gillian and Ryan.

Passions

You will be seeing Jessica as part of the Bennet family as of June 5, but she will have a new face. She is now being played by Jade Harlow. You are going to be seeing lots of new faces in Harmony. From what I gather, they are looking for a new love interest for Simone. I guess you can guess who gets Chad.

They are also looking to bring in two new actors. One will be the new Noah Bennett and the other, a brother to Ethan. Perhaps Ethan needs a brother to talk to about his confusing love life!

Antonio, Pilar's son, will be making an appearance this summer, if the powers that be can find the right actor. They are considering Robert Kelker Kelly (another past performer of Another World). Now, if they could only find a role for Joe Barbara!

And, oh yes, we have several young ladies that will be appearing on the show this summer as well. We have Palomo (Theresa's younger sister) who rumor has it will take up with Ethan's younger brother!

And speaking of Ethan, he should be prepared to have the house overrun by females this summer. He has two younger sisters that the show is hoping to showcase this summer!

As you can see, the soaps this summer are going to a flurry of activity, and if you are in the under-25 set, it should make for very interesting watching!
