Apple Season at Oak GlenIt’s apple season in Oak Glen, which makes it the perfect time to visit. Depending on the crop, apple season can begin in September and end around Christmas time. Oak Glen is open year-round and derives most of its revenue from tourists, but it’s Apple Season that seems to bring in the big bucks. During the apple season, people from all over Southern California arrive to pick fresh apples right off the trees. But it doesn’t stop there, one can also pick pears and berries. There is absolutely nothing more fun than watching your child scream, shout, and run with excitement from one tree (or bush) to another, happily picking away. But wait! There’s more to this little town than just picking fruit and shopping for crafts.
