We resist change, but if there has to be change, we feel we should try to control it. One of the means we use to try to control change is information. Since many things are changing, we try to have as much information as we can so that we can try to control all this change.
You want to control the changes that are happening in your market? I can show you lots of information. Look here and here and here. Follow some of the links in these references and you'll quickly be overloaded even though it is all useful information. While it is possible you may find information that will allow you to influence the changes, it's unlikely. You may understand the changes better and that may give some satisfaction but in terms of results, it's meager. What you really need is information that will change the way you do things to make yourself more effective. Try this:
