If you feel you are suffering from Insomnia, see your doctor. He or she will review your medical history, a sleep history and look for factors mentioned about to see what might be causing your problem. It could be a simple solution such as getting to sleep at a regular hour instead of staying out to all hours of the morning. The doctor may have a sleep study done similar to that for Sleep Apnea. Pills may be prescribed. Do not attempt to treat yourself. Seek medical advice.
Now if you excuse me, I need to get some sleep. I was suffering from a transient bout of Insomnia from worrying about getting this article done on time. Oh, the stress of being a writer! Yawn...
