Getting a Good Night’s Sleep - Right!- Avoid alcohol, nicotine and caffeine close to bedtime. Ah-ha. I earned another point here. I do not smoke or drink alcohol and I only have a coffee or two at the start of my day to jumpstart myself. Let's see, I had two points out of a possible seven. Not a very good score.
