Drew Goes From Two Marriages to None, Rachel & Ross's Stupidity

© Lynne Richards

As Drew is still trying to cover the fact that he is married to both Kate and Nikki,he is more confused than ever. Steve is still mad at Mimi and refuses move back in with her unless she stops tormenting Drew and stops trying to ruin his life. I think all the bad luck poor Drew had last season is enough for anyone to endure in a lifetime. The last straw for Steve was Mimi having Drew committed to a mental hospital all to get his job promotion. Talk about playing dirty. Sometimes I think, "Gee maybe if I played that dirty I would really get ahead in my career." Unfortunately my standards are high and I would never resort to behavior like that. But believe me, you don't get ahead by being honest and playing things the right way. I've been stung by way too many people in 34 years to know this as my reality. Mimi and Drew will still have their teasing matches but they won't be so rotten and mean. The two will spar in a more light spirited nature.

As Nikki and Kate are sitting around Drew's looking at the wedding cakes, they figure it out. Drew is married to them both. Kate is not mentally ill as Drew told Nikki so she would play along, and Nikki is not a pill popping drug addicted like Drew told Kate so she would play along. They know the truth and are trying to hunt Drew down. He keeps avoiding the inevitable, a volatile confrontation with both his wives. He turns to his brother and his brother asks him very important questions. He points out Kate and him have been best friends their entire lives and whenever he has problems he turns to Kate. Every answer came back to Kate. Drew finally made his choice, but it was too late.

Mimi concocted a well-deserved plan to scare Drew. As he came home Nikki and Kate staged a fight. Drew saw this fight in the window in his car from his driveway. After a few fake punches from each one, Kate threw a fake Nikki doll out the window, which looked real in the dark, Drew was in shock. He freaked out when Nikki landed in the driveway. Then he kept running over her and then backing up over her about three or four times. Now that was funny. Finally he got out of the car and breathed a sigh of relief that it wasn't Nikki. At this point both women came out to confront Drew. He admitted he asked Nikki to marry him just as he admitted he said yes when Kate proposed. He then added, "So you must both know I chose Kate." Nikki left very angry and heartbroken and Kate said this to Drew, "My entire life you've been either my best friend or my boyfriend, now you're nothing," She got in her car and left while Drew sat in his car parked in the driveway, clearly upset.
