played The Bronze Eagle) and is about a black family where the dad, mom, and little sister have super powers and are superheroes. The older son hasn't "discovered" his powers yet and is afraid he won't have anything to offer his family. It aired on the Disney Channel and is one of our favorites.

Hopefully, the progress that has been made thus far will only continue to provide society with quality images not only of blacks as superheroes, but all "races" and genders. I am pleased with what is out there today and only see more good things to come.
