Well she is at it again. Kristina Lynn has come up with a wonderfully brilliant plan for a neighborhood for single moms. If you are at all interested in living in the Rio Rancho area of New Mexico, you should jump on this opportunity.

ATTENTION SINGLE MOTHERS Are you tired of going it alone? Announcing a New Private Community For Single Parent Women and their Children Home are available for 20 - 30 single parent women to be part of a new private community in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. There are three options available: · Buy your own home · Lease your own home · Be matched with another single parent woman to lease or buy All homes are brand new and include all appliances. A group purchase rate has been negotiated with the homebuilder and landowner to create an affordable, yet high quality community for single parent women. Rates have been estimated for purchase at: · $500 - $900 / month for an individual family (up to 4 bedrooms) · $250 - $450 / month / each for two families co-housing (4 bedrooms with two separate living rooms) Homes are between 1800 and 3,000 sq ft. 3 - 4 bedrooms and 2 - 3 bathrooms · High Speed Internet Connections · Walk-in closets · Laundry room · Dishwasher · Microwave · Vaulted ceilings and skylights · Security System · Fireplace (optional) · Garage (optional) We will be negotiating additional group discounts for: · Health Insurance · Home, life and auto insurance · Family vacations and entertainment · Housekeeping · Grocery delivery · Childcare · On-line learning A central park and community center will include: · Yoga Classes · Family and Kids Activities · After School Programs and Homework Help Community members will be ambitious women interested in playing an active role in creating a community with a supportive and empowering environment designed to eliminate the barriers that prevent single parent women from getting ahead. This is a private effort, solely coordinated by single parent women - NOT a government program. This is also a drug free, crime free, professional community of women from all social and economic backgrounds coming together on the common ground of motherhood. Please call Kristina Lynn at (505) 247-2131 for more information.

Already, Kristina has had calls from all over the country. In a matter of days, 2 homes were sold. I have no doubt that this will be a big success, and hope that it catches on all over the country.

I am happy to profile projects of ambitious and visionary single moms. If you or anyone you know is interested in having their project profiled here, please just let me know.
