Gifted children are researched to be good logical thinkers, and true inconsistency could produce rebellion. A parent must realize that a gifted child has the capacity to see relationships and is able to infer conclusions. Their reason can be superior to their parents!

A gifted child must find her home a place of refuge from outside pressures. Parents must provide an atmosphere of love and consistency. Will this be a cure all? No! Family problems will be the subject of my next article!
