Eating Well When You Are Not Feeling WellFor the past month I have not been well. During this time I went back to all my old ways of eating out of convenience. I ordered a great deal of takeout for the familly and had my husband buy quick foods. During my illness, I did not have the energy or strength to cook or think of alternatives to all the bad convenience foods on the shelf. I am slowly feeling better and have thought of wonderful ways to say goodbye to take out and over processed foods by having your home stocked with good food items before you become ill or have a menu with ingredients listed for a family member to purchase.
