Relax on Christmas Morning


  • Have light nutritious snacks on hands for nibbling, not big bags of high sugar snacks.
  • Put in a Nature CD for background Music. Family will barely here it but it will relax the mind and body.
  • Have the family take a walk during the day, a ten minute walk is great for reducing stress.
  • Have a big box ready for each person to put there presents in to keep order. Go to the grocery store or liquor store for the boxes. Keeps the home neat and no gift disappears and the family has to stop and make a big search for the 5 cm tall action figure.
  • Let the family disburse and do their own thing for a little while.

    Remember that Christmas is a time to say I LOVE YOU, do not worry if the potatoes are cold and the salad is warm. Hug, hold hands and tell your family how lucky you are to be a part of your lives.
