Fall Days

The colder days bring a lot of the entertainment inside the home. It is a great time to take out the puzzles and games. Turn off the television and enjoy an activity that involves the entire family. My family loves card games. Our family learns a new game each season and perfects it over the fall and winter months. As well, the family could invent their own game and teach it to others.

Baking is great fun and you get a wonderful treat at the end. Baking just seems to warm up the house and makes it more inviting and comfortable. Play a game of cards as you wait patiently for the fresh bread to cook in the oven. With the many holidays, there are many sweets to make, such as gingerbread men, cinnamon rolls, cookies, fudge and much more. As well, you can bake Christmas ornaments for the tree or to give as gifts. Enjoy the wonders of baking.
