Be Aware, Live Consciously.


emotional, social, environmental). Consider all the possibilities when it comes to your health. Are you in an unhealthy relationship, not just with your primary partner, but perhaps a friend or relative? It the floor cleaner you are using aggravating your allergies, or causing you migraines?

Maximize what's best for you (physically, psychologically, practically). AND Replace dogmatic disciplines with balanced wellness strategies. Just because it works for your sister, mother, friend, or herbalist doesn't mean its always going to be right for you. Learn about your body and what it needs to be balanced. Listen to the advice of others, but make a conscious choice for yourself if it's right for you.

Develop a sense of appreciation. Appreciate what you've got. If you are sitting in front of a computer reading this (which or course you are) then you've got more than a lot of people in this world; a warm house or café with electricity, and the free time to read articles.

Awareness is the key to all of this. If, after reading this article, you don't remember any of the list and take only one word away from it "Awareness" is the word it should be. Be aware, be conscious; live and enjoy wellness today and always.
