More Information

  • Cooperative Extension Service, Iowa State University's Very Small Deciduous Shrubs (under 4 feet high) has a good list of shrubs, some with photos from Ohio State's database. I'd take the shrub sizes with a grain of salt, since they list V. x juddii, and in my garden it's a very large shrub, indeed...probably the difference in climate.

    Viburnum photos and information:

  • Burkwood Viburnum
    Viburnum x burkwoodii

  • Koreanspice Viburnum
    Viburnum carlesii

  • Dawn Bodnantense Viburnum
    Viburnum × bodnantense'Dawn'

  • Wayfaringtree Viburnum
    Viburnum lantana

  • Chinese Snowball Viburnum
