Quantum Muse Amuses

I admit it. I'm a sucker for sarcasm and satire, so I was hooked on Quantum Muse from the moment I first saw the Quantum Babe. You've got to love a Rubenesque maiden sporting shades and an ultracool tattoo. Then I surfed over to the QM Editorial page and read Looks Like I'm on the Unemployment Line by Jason Scherer. No question. I'm hooked!

Quantum Muse is a classy rag which makes no bones about promoting its own, something else I admire. The May issue is clean and crisp and tasty, with something for almost everyone. I particularly love the featured artist Igino Giordano's work.

QM publishes science fiction, fantasy and alternative, which they define as not fitting easily into a category.

QM editors have excellent taste, are good editors, and by the way they're good writers too. And they handle their site well, kudos to the webmistress. Each section of fiction is headed by the issue date, which is something I really like to see. It helps to know that the stories actually change, unlike on some sites.

They provide editorial services, a page of links, merchandise featuring the Quantum Babe, webr>

For pure reading and browsing pleasure, I definitely recommend Quantum Muse.
