If you haven't already been had by this movie, by all means -- rent it. I do recommend you take a Dramamine before you watch it if you're given to motion sickness, because two hours of hand-held camera is a little tough on the tummy. Not to mention the extreme close-up as Heather self-tapes an apologia with snot dripping from her nose. Then rent Curse of the Blair Witch and discover what these two talented young men couldhave done with just a little more effort.

Of course, given Blair Witch's success, there's always the possibility of a sequel. How about The Blair Witch on Halloween, in which Rustin Parr, the Witch and Michael Myers terrorize babysitters? Or, for a touch of romance in the spirit of Bride of Chucky, The Blair Witch Loves Freddie, where that sentiment suddenly appears carved on trees throughout the woods?

Then again, maybe not.

Visit the cause of it all, and see the real power of advertising at work.
