Every time this one-sentence mini-prayer is being said in my heart, I re-new my acceptance to myself. Whenever I long for acceptance from others, I'll remember that the one and true acceptance comes not from without myself, but from within. All I need to do is simply be and nurture it with a liberating prayer. []

You are so right, how can we expect others to accept us as we are if we don't.

The problem as I see it is that today as probably in the past someone or some groups have made images for us ...
